The Enomatic Wine System is a state-of-the-art wine preservation and dispensing technology that allows guests to taste wines by the ounce, half glass, or full pour—while maintaining each bottle’s integrity and flavor profile.
Using inert nitrogen gas, the system prevents oxidation, keeping wine fresh for weeks after opening. That means every glass you pour tastes exactly as the winemaker intended.

Upon arrival, our staff will guide you through the simple and elegant tasting process:
Receive Your Enomatic Card – A reloadable card used to activate the dispenser and track your selections.
Insert, Select, Pour – Choose your desired wine, select the pour size, and let the machine do the rest.
Sip and Discover – Taste wines from across the globe, including rare vintages and boutique selections not typically available by the glass.
