The Enomatic Wine System is a state-of-the-art wine preservation and dispensing technology that allows guests to taste wines by the ounce, half glass, or full pour—while maintaining each bottle’s integrity and flavor profile.

Using inert nitrogen gas, the system prevents oxidation, keeping wine fresh for weeks after opening. That means every glass you pour tastes exactly as the winemaker intended.
